Refund & Returns Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Once cancelled, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
2. Returns (30 Day Window)
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase just ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that don't meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund. Non-returnable items: Health and personal care products. Proof required: A receipt or order confirmation is needed to process your return. Note: Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and approve your return, we'll notify you via email about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refund delays? First, check your account statement. Then, contact your credit card issuer or bank refunds may take some time to appear. Still missing? Email us at support@oricandy.com.
4. Sale Items
Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds only items purchased at full price qualify.
5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)
If your item arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We'll gladly replace it just email support@oricandy.com with your order details.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit once your return is processed. If not marked as a gift, we'll refund the original purchaser (the gift giver), who will be notified.
7. Return Shipping
You're responsible for return shipping costs, which are non refundable. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if the item value exceeds $75 we cannot guarantee receipt of lost returns.
